This is the conclusion of our four part series on RMS Lusitania, meaning it is also the conclusion to Season Two of Beyond the Breakers. We discuss contemporary reactions to the sinking, the inquiry headed by Lord Mersey, and explanations about how this tragedy occurred in the way that it did.
